Description
C-21, VOC Gas Sensor with audible Alarm
This VOC monitor C-21 is used for continuous monitoring of the ambient air for volatile hydrocarbons, solvents, etc.VOCs (volatile organic compounds) are found for example, in detergents and solvents. The presence of high concentrations over an extended period of time can cause health damage.
The VOC concentration in the air is indicated by a colored LED line on the C-21, and an alarm sound warns if the concentration of volatile hydrocarbons in the air is hazardous to health. The sensor is very sensitive to VOCs and solvent vapors, such as methylene chloride, acetone, naphtha, perchlorethylene and trichlorethylene.
- Very easy to install.
- The operation is simple and requires no special knowledge.
- No need for maintenance.
- Operation via power supply or built-in rechargeable battery.
- Portable device: Battery for two-hour use without mains connection.
Areas of application: Anywhere where gases and vapors of volatile hydrocarbons such as solvents are found:
In surface treatment plants, paint shops, joinery and painting companies, printing plants, laboratories, laundries, chem. ('' PER ''), chemical plants etc., as well as for the verification of activated carbon filters.
Not suitable for use in hazardous areas!
