Stored hay or straw, etc. is prone to overheating (depreciation) or even self-ignition, because of biological processes. This problem is even emphasized with higher moisture contents. Therefore a regular temperature check is crucial. The HayTemp 1700 optimally supports farmers as well as firefighters in silo check.
Applications:
Measurements at depth up to 4 m. The alarm function additionally allows for acoustic monitoring of the selected temperature boundaries.
