The TUBELED_40 II is ideal for harsh production environments. Resistant to extreme temperatues, oil, water, hot chips, coolants and emulsions.
With a minimum cross section of 40mm, the LED tube light literally clings to the machine surface and allows installation even in the most confined spaces.

Completely revised in terms of lighting technology, with significantly higher light output
Optimum illumination through the use of state-of-the-art "Light Forming Technology".
Load-free switching, thereby saving on previously required electronic components such as upstream contactors at the user.
Less interfering edges on the luminaire: The flattening of the side parts leads to less interfering edges and makes them even less susceptible to the penetration of oil or coolant.
The use of the latest LED boards has significantly increased the illumination area. This allows a larger working area to be illuminated.

Signaling:
In addition to the white light of this LED lamp machine statuses can be indicated with coloured light.
The RGB signal feature is used primarily for the rapid identification of conditions directly on the machine.
The signal lamp can also generate mixed colours of the basic red, green and blue.

For the control of the colours the lamp has a common ground and each one connection for the three primary colours.
Its greatest advantage is that the machine lamp is connected directly to the PLC control system of the machine, which means it can automatically indicate any machine condition, such as a machine stop, tool fault or replenishment requirement.
