The Thermapen ONE has an accuracy of ±0.3°C in the range of -19.9 to +119.9°C, ±0.4°C in the range of-49.9 to +199.9 and otherwise ±1.0°C, and it shows the temperature of food or liquids in just ONE second!
Designed for easy operation and easy cleaning:
With industry-leading thermocouple technology, the Thermapen ONE has a patented self-rotating display that can be used in any position and in any hand.
The device has an intelligent, improved cool white LED backlight that switches on or off according to the lighting conditions.
The sleep mode with motion sensor automatically switches the thermometer off when it is put down and it wakes up when it is picked up again. This increases battery life.
The housing is washable and contains the antimicrobial "Biomaster" technology which reduces bacterial growth.
The Thermapen ONE is waterproof according to IP67 and has a stainless steel penetration probe with a reduced tip which can easily be folded back for 180° into the side of the device when not in use.

The thermometer is powered by a single AAA battery which provides a battery life of approximately 2,000 hours under normal use without the backlight on.
Both low battery (icon) and open circuit indication are displayed, if applicable.
The Thermapen ONE is fully configurable using buttons in the battery compartment. Here you can choose to lock the display position, disable auto-sleep mode, choose °C or °F scales and select 1° or 0.1° resolution.
Each Thermapen ONE thermometer is supplied with a free traceable calibration certificate.
