SIGNALED II, LED Machine Signal Lamp, RGB, 24VDC
While the column form dominates traditional signal lamps, the SIGNALED is a batten luminaire that can be mounted on the machine at the user's eye level.
This a particular advantage with large machines, because it gives the user better sight of the luminaire.
Typically, column-style signal lamps are mounted on top of the machine and thus above the machine operator’s field of vision.
The SIGNALED, by contrast, is used primarily for the rapid identification of conditions directly on the machine.
The coloured light ensures clearly visible and clear attention in security areas.
The SIGNALED can also generate mixed colours of the basic red, green and blue with appropriate control.
For the control of the colours the lamp has a common ground and each one connection for the three primary colours.
Its greatest advantage is that SIGNALED is connected directly to the PLC control system of the machine, which means it can automatically indicate any machine condition, such as a machine stop, tool fault or replenishment requirement.
For assembly, the SIGNALED is simply firmly attached or at an angle of inclination via the supplied brackets.
A cover made of polycarbonate protects the LED technology from dust and splash water.
In order to be able to survive in the vicinity of machines and systems, the LED signal light has the protection class IP54. The SIGNALED can also be used as a machine light in almost any work area without chip bombardment or coolant.
