    S4AI, RS-485 MODBUS Module with 4 Analogue Inputs

    The S4AI module from LUMEL is designed to measure standard signals (voltage, current) or readings from resistance or thermocouple temperature sensors, etc. and to provide the measured values in a digital form via the MODBUS protocol.
    Input signals are divided into two groups of two inputs which are insulated from each other.
    RS485 interface and USB are galvanically isolated from the input, output signals and from the power supply.
    The module configuration is possible via the USB PORT or one of the available RS-485 interface portswith the use of free eCon software.
    The RS-485 inteface can be connected via the connection terminals but also via the connections on both sides of the module under plastic covers which need to be removed for access. The lateral interface donnections offer the advantage that other modulse which also have side interfaces can easily be connected to each other using an optional inter-modular connector.
