RF Shielding Bedding made of Steel-Gray, 35dB
Shielding bedding made of Steel-Gray for RF shielding. This bedding is an inexpensive alternative to shielding bed canopys.
The set consists of a bed sheet and a bed cover. The sheet is sewn of Steel-Gray and can be covered by a cotton sheet or fitted sheet, if necessary. The bed cover is sewn double-sided: With steel-Gray (grey fabric) downside the shielding is better, because shielding fabric lies upon shielding fabric. With the cotton fabric (white fabric) downside the shielding is less, but it is less scratching. A pillowcase is not available because this doesn't make sense due to the present bed sheet.
Steel-Gray is used as the shielding fabric, because this is essentially more durable and stable with its stainless steel filaments with much movement than fabrics with silver filaments.
Steel-Gray scratches very less on the skin similar as a woolen pullover. If you sleep naked this might trouble, wearing a pyjama it will not bother you.
Shielding attenuation: Attenuation values applies to 1 GHz. Measurement to ASTM D4935-10, IEEE Std 299-2006, IEEEE Std 1128-1998, ASTM A698/A698M-07.
Care: Wasch gently at 30°C, ironing without steam at level 1, drying at low temperature, don't bleech, no chemical cleaning.

Theoretically this bedware can be grounded also for LF shielding. You would need 2 x GS, 1 x GP, 1 x GC100, 1 x GC500 for this.
We don't recommend this because of the cables in the bed.
