PeakTech 3432, Fuse Finder/Mains Circuit Detector Kit
The PeakTech 3432 is a measuring device with which it is possible to detect fuses in a circuit.
It consists of a combination of a transmitter and a receiver.
Here the transmitter serves as a signal generator and the receiver is used to locate the fuse in the fuse box.
Furthermore, it is possible to determine the presence of voltages with the receiver using the non-contact voltage detector.
Tests of 30mA residual current circuit breakers (RCD) can be performed with the transmitter by plugging the device into a socket and pressing the red test button. .
Another function of the transmitter is that of the socket tester. This allows Schuko (CEE 7/7) sockets to be checked for correct connection. This is also necessary for the correct connection of the transmitter for finding the appropriate fuse.
Due to the easy finding of the right fuse for the circuit and the other functions, the PeakTech 3432 is an ideal companion for the electronics technician, but also for the layman to find the right fuse and safely switch off the circuit that needs to be deactivated.
