Formaldemeter 400 Accessory: Phenol Filter (100 pcs. pack) Accessories and consumables. By plugging a phenol filter on the air inlet of the instrument, impurities by phenol or resorcinol are removed. The filters are only needed if phenol or resorcinol are present, but they also can be used as dust filters, if the atmosphere contains dust particles, which could block the air ducts of the instrument. A new filter is enough for 5 measurements and keeps from all traces of phenol up to 1000ppm. Partially used filters should be left on the instrument, in order to prevent inverse or traverse contamination and can also stay permanently on the instrument. |
