HV20_2400G10, Preamplifier for HFW 35C and HFW 59B HF-Analysers

This newly developed preamplifier for pulsed RF radiation up to 10 GHz improves the analysis possibilities of critical WLAN frequencies.

WLAN: „Small cause - big effect"
WLAN is pulsed with 10 Hz. Just within this range there are also the natural Alpha and Theta waves of human brains. It's less surprising that bau-biologists notice health impacts even with tiny WLAN exposures (even compared with the rigorous bau-biologic benchmarks!).

The HF- Analyser HFW 35C is optimised for the detection of WLAN signals.
Actually, it is the only broadband instrument on the market which has a fully compensated Log-Per antenna, so that both WLAN frequency bands can be demonstrated without any corruption (... of course, also WIMAX and other frequencies between 2.4 and 6 GHz).
Important: A steep slope filter at 2.4 GHz suppresses reliably DECT, GSM etc., which would actually drown the comparatively "low" WLAN signals.

The theoretical resolution of the instrument is about 0.1 µW/m² (because of the signal noise in fact, it is a bit higher). This is sufficient for detecting reliably even "weak anomalies, respectively conspicuities in the considered frequency range of 2.4 to 6 GHZ. Die theoretische Auflösung des Geräts liegt bei 0,1 uW/m² (aufgrund des Rauschens tatsächlich etwas höher).

Due to the special health relevance of even lowest WLAN signals the preamplifier HV20_2400G10 was developed.

Preamplifier for even finer resolution
The preamplifier HV20_2400G10 increases the resolution of the HFW35C by the factor 100 (with the use of 2 preamplifiers even for the factor 10,000) and thus puts a new complexion on the environment: From the entirely uselessly running WLAN router (in spite of wired internet connection) of the neighbour viat the access point of the opposite coffee bar to the old fluorescent tube lamp which also emits a respectable "interference firing" also at 6 GHz - nothing will remain unveiled with this combination!

Technical data:
Frequency range: 2.4 - 10 GHz
Gain: +20 dB
Return loss: < -6 dB (2.45 to 10 GHz)
Power supply: via the HF- Analyser
