This differential scope probe enables the measurement of signals, which are not referred to ground/earth, combined with a conventionally grounded oscilloscope. Therewith i.e. mains voltages can be tested.
It is possible to measure and monitor the curves of 3-phased networks, or the gate-/control signals of solid state circuits.
This scope probe is also ideal for testing motor speed controls, switching power supplies and process controls.
This accessory is suitable for all types of oscilloscopes with BNC inputs.
