Export Terms of Sale, Warranty
Orders:
We need a written order from you by E-mail, fax or post.
The order should contain your complete shipment address, order date, order number, contact person, article numbers, quantity of articles and article descriptions.
Prices:
Prices are cash, ex works in EURO currency plus shipment costs.
All bank transfer, charges and shipment costs for drawee’s (buyer’s) account.
No discount allowed, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices on offers are without engagement and are valid for max. 3 months since the date of the quotation.
EU companies must quote their VAT number on all orders.
If no VAT number is quoted, we will charge at 19% (actual German VAT).
For deliveries to non- EU countries we charge an export handling charge of 30,00 Euros per package/delivery
for administration, expenditure and customs formalities, if the invoice amount is higher than 1000 Euros.
Payment:
After the receipt of your order - besides the automatic receipt message of our shop - we’ll forward a separate order confirmation via E-mail to you, including all needed information, such as delivery time, shipment costs, invoice amount and our bank data for the money transfer.
Payment has to be done in advance after the receipt of our order confirmation/pro forma invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery:
After the receipt of payment within the quoted delivery time from our stock at Steinfurt.
Shipment via post parcel, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery time: As agreed.
Prior sale, mistake and changes in prices reserved.
Warranty and Quality:
We are a non- manufacturing sales company, therefor we can solely hand down the warranty and quality
statements of our suppliers and manufacturers.
Before sending any articles back to us for warranty repairs or exchange, it is absolutely necessary to contact us.
Not announced article shipments to us are strictly refused and returned to the sender.
All articles of our product range are CE approved.
Legal venue and place of fulfillment
Legal venue and place of fulfillment for all quarrels, which are based on a contract between PSE and their customers is the home of the supplier, in this case: 48565 Steinfurt/GERMANY.
Jurisdiction:
Our company is situated in Germany. We have made an English version of this homepage with its online shop besides the German one, in order to give worldwide customers the opportunity to buy products from our sales product range. Nevertheless, for all quarrels which are based on a contract between PSE and their customers, German law applies.
